Everything you need to understand a session: a DOM-based replay of what the user saw, console output, network requests, Web Vitals, and user interactions. Form inputs are masked by default, so keystrokes never leave the browser as plaintext.
There is no video. The SDK captures DOM snapshots and mutations, and the player reconstructs the session pixel-perfectly. That keeps payloads small and means you can inspect elements, read the console, and follow network requests inside the replay itself.
Webrec automatically flags rage clicks (rapid, repeated clicks on the same area), dead clicks (clicks that produce no response), and clicks that trigger JavaScript errors. Each session gets a composite frustration score so you can sort by the sessions that need attention first.

Pricing and plans

Yes, free forever: 100 sessions and 500 errors a month, 7-day retention, unlimited seats, and every feature included. No credit card and no trial clock.
A session is a single user visit from page load to close. Navigation within your SPA still counts as one session, and sessions shorter than 3 seconds are not counted.
On the Free plan, recording pauses until the next billing period. On paid plans, overage kicks in automatically at the published rates, up to a spending limit you control. You can also cap each metered item to plan-included only for zero overage.
No. Per-seat pricing penalises growing teams, so every plan includes unlimited team members.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Privacy and data

On our own infrastructure in the UK, operated by Rouic Ltd. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and session data does not leave the UK.
Yes. Inputs are masked by default, you can block any element from recording entirely, consent-based start/stop works with any consent manager, Do Not Track is respected, and retention is configurable with automatic purging. The detail lives in our privacy policy.
Yes. The SDK exposes consent APIs so you can start recording only after opt-in and stop it on opt-out, and it respects the browser Do Not Track setting by default.

Technical

No. The SDK is about 50KB gzipped and built to stay out of the way: events are batched, compressed, and uploaded in the background, with negligible CPU overhead. You can also sample sessions on high-traffic sites.
